About Jen

My name is Jen Beck, and I blow the lid off of healthy myths that keep you stuck on the diet and exercise rollercoaster. Together, we turbocharge your transformation with real strategies that work for permanent, lasting weight loss and energy gain … without gimmicks, tricks or fads.

I went from living on sugar, caffeine and convenience food every day like everyone else I knew, to realizing that I was chronically tired and losing my energy with every passing year. Then I got a wakeup call—watching my mother’s health decline to the point of dramatically stealing her freedom…it shook me up. I became dedicated to understanding what it takes to create true health — not just the absence of sickness, but true, vibrant, energetic aliveness.

While most of Jen’s clients come to her with the goal of weight loss, I sought Jen out to kick-start a lifestyle change to adopt, embrace, and stick with a healthier approach to eating. As with the majority of the population, my life-long diet has consisted of refined sugar, simple carbohydrates, and processed foods. Cognitively, I know what I should be eating, but my follow-through has always stunk. Jen’s non-judgmental approach and ‘baby-steps’ mantra helped me on my path. While I will never be a complete and total food ‘purist’,
